When you register for our webinar or training, we collect:

- Registration details: the session you signed up for and your preferences during Q&A or intake forms
- Payment information: for individual ($750) or group ($2,500) training purchases, processed securely through our third-party payment processor — we do not store full card numbers on our own servers
- Usage data: pages visited, referral source (including TikTok ad interactions), device type, and general location, collected automatically via cookies and tracking pixels
2. How We Use Your Information
- To send your webinar joining link, reminders, and follow-up communication
- To deliver purchased training sessions and related materials
- To respond to questions submitted through registration or Q&A
- To measure and improve our advertising, including TikTok ad performance, using pixel and conversion data
- To send occasional updates about future sessions — you can unsubscribe at any time
3. Advertising & Tracking Technologies
We use the TikTok Pixel and similar tools to measure ad performance and build audiences for future campaigns. These tools may collect information about your interactions with our Site and ads. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings or opt out of interest-based advertising through your TikTok app settings.

Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of thesphelpdesk.com, our free webinars, and our paid individual and group SharePoint training programs (together, the “Services”), offered by The SharePoint HelpDesk. By registering for a webinar, purchasing training, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who Can Use Our Services
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to register for our webinar or purchase training.
2. Free Webinar
- Registration for the free webinar is offered at no cost. There is no obligation to purchase any paid training to attend.
- Session dates, times, and formats (currently delivered via Microsoft Teams) may be rescheduled or changed; registrants will be notified by email.
- We reserve the right to record webinar sessions for internal quality and training purposes.
3. Paid Training Programs
We offer two paid training tiers:
- Individual Training — $750: one-on-one instruction, scope and schedule confirmed at enrollment
- Group Training — $2,500: instruction delivered to a team or organization, scope and participant count confirmed at enrollment
Pricing is listed in USD and applies at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing for future enrollments; changes will not affect an enrollment already confirmed and paid for.
4. Payment
Full payment (or an agreed deposit, where offered) is due at the time of enrollment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are processed through a secure third-party payment processor.

All training materials, slides, templates, recordings, and webinar content are the property of The SharePoint HelpDesk and are provided for your personal or internal organizational use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly republish our materials without written permission.
7. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Our webinar and training programs are educational in nature. While we share proven methods and real-world systems, we do not guarantee specific business results, productivity gains, revenue outcomes, or career outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our control, including your organization’s implementation.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to record, redistribute, or resell webinar or training content, and not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in a way that disrupts other participants’ experience.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The SharePoint HelpDesk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the applicable training.
10. Governing Law
