Stop Creating PDF Handbooks Nobody Reads
Build a living, breathing, easy-to-navigate, handbook in SharePoint that employees can easily find, read and use…without printing a single page or attaching a single file to an email.
Don’t struggle with pdf signatures
Learn how to remove reliance on PDF signatures. SharePoint already knows who you are so we can capture digital signatures in other ways. It still provides proof of acknowledgement, a date and time as well as a built-in reminder system to capture an updated signature.
Its’ 2026 – Get Interactive!
Embed videos, quizzes, forms and other interactive tools to help drive home the message and allow employees to get EVERYTHING they need in one setting. No more visiting shared drives, emails and folders for supporting resources.
Build it once. update it after.
You don’t have to email revised PDFs or keep reprinting pages. When a policy changes, update it. The publish date is recorded automatically so your employees know when it was updated and by who. As a bonus, they can also see how long it takes to read it.
absolutely no new costs!
Everything I’ll show you is available to you…TODAY, in SharePoint and the Microsoft 365 suite! There’s no new software to install or licenses to purchase. There are a TON of features you didn’t know about, but no worries…that’s what I’m here for!
This is a live, hands-on class. You won’t just watch me, you’ll actually build along side me. By the time the session ends, you’ll be able to immediately implement this at your job.
No experience required. If you use Microsoft 365 at work, you’re ready.
